During your association with WestPac Wealth Partners, Wealth Strategy Partners, and/or its affiliated offices (collectively, the “Firm”), you will have access to trade secrets and confidential business information (further defined below) belonging to the Firm. By associating with the Firm, you acknowledge and agree that you must keep all this Confidential Information strictly confidential, and refrain from using it for your own purposes or from disclosing it to anyone outside the Firm. In addition, you agree that, upon the termination of your association with the Firm, you will immediately return to the Firm any of its Confidential Information, including, but not limited to, property, equipment, and/or documents, including electronically stored information. Once your association ends, you agree to keep strictly confidential all trade secrets and business information, including, but not limited to,marketing materials and methods, techniques, business plans, suppliers,training documents, information on skills or compensation,concept pieces, customers, customer lists, etc.(collectively “Confidential Information”), that the Firm reasonably considers to be proprietary or confidential. You also agree that as a condition of your association with the Firm, you will execute, and comply with, the Firm’s Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Further you agree to protect at all times, both during and after your association, the health of the Firm brand by not using the name,logo, or trademark of the Firm in any capacity (including on social media) without the Firm’s prior written consent. You agree to not diminish the value of the Firm trademarks or brand through any act or representation both during and after your association. These restrictions shall survive indefinitely.
By accessing this site, you also understand that the Firm will often take photos and/or videos (collectively “images”) at events and activities. It is understood that that these images are sometimes used for printed and digital publications in the marketing and branding of the Firm. Any photograph using your likeness will become property of the Firm and will not be returned and you will not receive any financial compensation.
You irrevocably authorize the Firm to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any such images for purposes of publicizing the Firm programs and/or services in promotional materials or any other media now known or to be invented,or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or relating to the use of the photograph.
You hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Firm and its predecessors, representative, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, and any and all other entities and person in privity with it,from all claims, demands, liabilities and/or causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, assigns, executors, administrators, and/or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate,have or may have, arising out of or relating to the matters covered in this Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement and Image Release.
